Now is time to tell about Sandy Cape, a paradise which we discovered by chance and that I mentioned a little bit in the previous post. We went there by Indian Ocean, the road the we followed since the beginning of the trip. We crossed 7km of mud road [but in good condition] in a desert place until we arrive at the campsite.

Paramos e tiramos umas fotos:

In the middle of the way, we saw a very dry place, without anything. So, we stopped and took some photos:

When we arrived at the campsite, I took some flyers and a kind of invoice to pay the camping fee. But I'll talk about this soon...

The camping looked like inserted in a documentary of Discovery Channel, you know? That dry place and native vegetation seemed a local only seen on the TV. My only concern that moment was about the toilet. When I realised it was unissex, I was a little bit afraid... But that's ok! We saw many toilets e many places to park, but we rode a car until find a perfect place.

O banheiro / the toilet

Foi lindo [assistam o nosso vídeo lá no YouTube, nós mostramos tudinho]!

We decided to stay near the beach. Actually, we stayed in front of the sea, but it had a small mountain between the beach and the campsite. We parked the car and walked on the coast. Despite the cold weather, it was so beautiful and the landscapes I saw, I had never seen the same! We went up, down, walked through the dunes, stones... It was beautiful! [See our video on the YouTube, we showed everything!]

Along the way, we can see many signs indicating the best places to see the scenery! We went ahead and it was what we saw! There is a place on the top of the mountain which have a kind of belvedere with a pathway! Unfortunately we didn't take photos [we showed in the video], but it was one of the most beautiful things I saw in my life!

After spending a good amount of time walking,  we went back to the campsite, we made our bed, took our chairs, the fingerfoods and the wine ...

Almost at sunset, we decided to go to the front of the sea and at that moment the caretaker of the camping came asking for the fee. In that camping, the fee is $15 per night, per site. We paid and came back to the beach to see the sunset, to play a guitar and to sing. That was a pity that the sky was full of clouds, but this didn't take off the delight of the place and the moment.

In the photo above we can see a bit of the campsite. The toilet in the back of the picture [I made sure that we stayed near the toilet] and the site that we parked. I took the picture from the top of the little mountain and if I turned the other way, I saw the beach.

This post was a little long and full of the pictures, so I'll write a third part! Let's wait!
